Our Story
Vascarabag was founded in 2018 when e-commerce has been strongly growing on a regional and global scale. We chose to start Vascarabag because we are passionate about this business, recognize its potential, and want to offer top-notch goods and services to both domestic and foreign clients.With our main office located in Vietnam, we have collaborated and worked with manufacturers and businesses in China and the United States to import and stock high-quality goods and products in Vietnam’s warehouses. Dreamship and Shineon, our dependable US partners, and Fujian Zhengyu Cross Border Ecommerce Limited, our Chinese partner, are cross-border e-commerce businesses that specialize in the marketing and production of premium bags, clothes, and shoes.
How we work
When receiving a customer’s order, if the product is available at our warehouse in Vietnam, we will process the order and ship it immediately so that the product can be delivered to the client as soon as possible.If the product is not available at the Vietnam warehouse, we will still process the order and send the order information to the American, Chinese, or Vietnamese partner so that they can process and ship it to the customer as soon as possible.

After shipping the package, we will provide the customer with a tracking number so that the customer can track the transit process and promptly resolve any questions or force majeure issues (if any).

Vascarabag always closely maintains contact with customers through various channels such as Facebook, email, phone so that customers always have the best support and experience.
