- Production Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days.
- Processing Time: It takes 1 – 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it, and ship out.
- Shipping Time: It takes 7 – 15 business days to arrive at an international address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

- The above time frame is only applied for orders with the Standard Shipping method.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We do not influence the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through Yun Express and USPS. Packages from our warehouse in Asia and Europe will be shipped by Yun Express or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some locations we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us via our support email support@vascarabag.com and we will do our best to help you out.
